A diverse range of tasks and responsible projects provide our employees personal career paths at Bilfinger. We will plan your career path and follow it closely. We work in co-operation with selected secondary education and high-level education institutes.

The Bilfinger Academy

We offer qualification programs for our personnel both in Finland and abroad. Practical on-the-job training is supplemented by e-learning tools and modern on-the-job learning.

The Bilfinger Academy rests on two pillars:

  • Learning Campus. The program offered by our Learning Campus includes a large number of high-performance e-learning programs and competence trainings. These include, among other things: language training, IT training and courses on methodological, personal, social, inter-cultural and management skills. Seminars are organized on specialist topics such as safety standards (HSEQ) or procurement qualifications.
  • Management development in the Leadership Forum. We bring together our offerings for systematic management development in the Leadership Forum, which includes open seminars and modularly designed development programs. We cooperate here with renowned partners such as the Mannheim Business School. The objective of the program is carefully to design management training and to provide new impetus for those participating. In addition, it also allows for an exchange of expertise and offers an opportunity for networking.
